Tropical Yoga is the yoga of the Nature. Founded on “Unity, Love & Harmony” it offers an inner journey.
I believe that our greatest teacher is Nature including Mother Nature and our True Being. Connecting with the healing energy of nature I offer a holistic approach. In my understanding every consciously conducted method is yoga that can be used to open our hearts, expand the mind, fulfill the body by a cellular change and harmonize the spirit.
My intention is not to provide an hour-long experience, but to give a perspective that is sustainable and can be easily integrated into everyday life.
